Abstract
Se proporcionan métodos y sistemas para recuperar polvo de producto de proteína, agua purificada y aceite omega-3 de un tejido animal. Los métodos y sistemas utilizan sistemas de extracción-filtración-separación de alto rendimiento. El tejido animal, por ejemplo, pescado, y solvente orgánico se transfieren directa o indirectamente enuno de los sistemas de extracción o filtración opcionales. Los sistemas de extracción-filtración proporcionan un alto grado de desempeño de filtración y eficiencias de lavado de producto. Cada sistema produce finalmente una torta húmeda de producto que incluye el producto de proteína. La torta húmeda de producto de proteína después se seca adicionalmente en una unidad secadora para producir el producto de polvo de proteína final. En cada sistema, los materiales filtrados de proceso se someten a procesamiento adicional mediante filtración y destilación para recuperar el solvente orgánico y separar el aceite de pescado omega-3. El solvente orgánico, recuperado se puede reciclar de nuevo en el proceso. El polvo de producto de proteína sólido de esta manera se recupera, junto con el aceite omega-3, agua purificada y solvente recuperado.
