本发明涉及一种对植物茎叶中黄酮的快速提取的设备及其工作方法,包括依次设置的提取装置、过滤装置、提取液储罐、树脂床、洗脱液储罐、减压浓缩装置、喷雾干燥装置,减压浓缩装置与提取装置之间设置有换热器,洗脱液储罐内设置有换热管,换热管的入口与减压浓缩装置的气体出口相连接,换热管的出口与换热器的热流体进口相连接,换热器冷流体入口与提取剂储罐的出口相连接,换热器冷、热流体的出口与提取装置的提取剂进口相连接。上述技术方案可实现对植物茎叶中黄酮的快速提取,且提取液中黄酮的浓度高,便于后续的浓缩纯化处理和节约能源。
