Abstract

El presente invento se refiere a un montaje de bombilla LED (1, 1') que comprende una base (2, 2') provista de una parte de conexión (20, 20'), para conectar el montaje (1, 1') a una toma de bombilla eléctrica, y con una parte de sujeción (21, 21'), la parte de conexión (20, 20') y la parte de sujeción (21, 21') orientada en direcciones opuestas que se extienden esencialmente en paralelo a un eje central (M) del montaje (1, 1'); y un sustrato (3) que lleva al menos un LED y que tiene una sección de montaje (30) que está fijada a la porción de sujeción (21, 21') en un estado totalmente montado (W) del montaje (1, 1'). Además, el presente invento se refiere a un método para ensamblar un montaje de bombilla de luz LED (1, 1') mencionado anteriormente. Un montaje de bombilla de LED (1, 1'), que es fácil de montar, pero resistente, y permite automatizar por completo la producción o al menos minimizar los esfuerzos de fabricación, y así reducir los costos de las bombillas de LED, se proporciona de acuerdo con el presente invento porque la porción de sujeción (21, 21') y la sección de montaje (30) en el estado completamente ensamblado (W) se apoyan mutuamente en un plano que se extiende esencialmente en paralelo al eje central (M), de modo que el método para el montaje comprende la etapa de poner la porción de sujeción (21, 21') y la sección de montaje (30) en contacto entre sí en un plano que se extiende esencialmente en paralelo al eje central (M) cuando se fija el sustrato (3) a la porción de retención (21, 21').
