Abstract
Un método de cálculo de tasa de flujo de aire comprimido de la presente invención incluye almacenar en un dispositivo de almacenamiento datos de serie de tiempo de una tasa de flujo de aire comprimido utilizada en cada una de la pluralidad de instalaciones de producción durante un periodo de operación, y realizar simulación. La simulación incluye generar, para cada una de la pluralidad de instalaciones de producción, los datos de serie de tiempo sobre la tasa de flujo de aire comprimido en cada una de las instalaciones de producción durante un periodo prescrito al adquirir del dispositivo de almacenamiento los datos de serie de tiempo sobre la tasa de flujo de aire comprimido en cada una de las instalaciones de producción durante el periodo de operación, siempre que la regulación de inicio de operación se determine que ha iniciado en cada una de las instalaciones de producción. Los datos de serie de tiempo sobre la tasa de flujo de aire comprimido total en toda la línea de producción durante el periodo prescrito se calcula al integrar los datos de serie de tiempo sobre la tasa de flujo de aire comprimido en cada una de la pluralidad de instalaciones de producción durante el periodo prescrito.
