Abstract
Se describen ejemplos de sistemas y métodos de detección de hielo y nieve. En una implementación, un método activa un sistema de detección de hielo y nieve en respuesta a la recepción de datos climáticos que indican una probabilidad de hielo o nieve en una carretera cerca de un vehículo. El método recibe datos de múltiples sensores del vehículo y analiza los datos recibidos para identificar el hielo o la nieve en la carretera. Si se identifica hielo o nieve en la carretera, el método ajusta las operaciones del vehículo y avisa sobre la condición de hielo o nieve a una base de datos compartida.
