Abstract

Una válvula de control de boquilla comprende un cuerpo de la válvula (10) y una boquilla (20) centralmente dispuesta dentro del extremo en corriente arriba del cuerpo de la válvula (10), un canal de fluido (90) se define por la cara exterior de la boquilla (20) y la cara interior del cuerpo de la válvula (10). Un muelle (50) entre el disco anular (30) y el difusor (40) fuerza el disco hacia la posición cerrada de la válvula. El impacto de la válvula, el movimiento máximo del disco anular (30) de la posición cerrada de la válvula a la posición abierta de la válvula en donde el disco anular (30) está en contacto con la cara en corriente arriba del difusor (40), se determina por la longitud axial del separador (80). El centro de masa del disco anular (30) se localiza lo largo del eje central del disco (30) en una posición axial en donde el cilindro (32) está en contacto deslizante con el casquillo guía (60).
