Para determinar un parámetro de un transformador (40) que tiene un lado (41) de alto voltaje y un lado (43) de bajo voltaje, una señal de prueba generada por una fuente (13) se imprime en el lado (43) de bajo voltaje. Se registra una respuesta de prueba del transformador (40). Se determina una reactancia de fugas y/o una inductancia de fugas del transformador (40) mediante un dispositivo (18) de evaluación de un aparato (10) sobre la base de la respuesta de prueba del transformador (40).
