Abstract

Un método para detectar automáticamente y atravesar de forma segura una acumulación de hielo en un puente próximo. El método identifica automáticamente, a través del vehículo, una aproximación cercana del vehículo a un puente y detecta una acumulación de hielo en el puente. Luego, el método calcula una velocidad del vehículo necesaria para evitar el deslizamiento longitudinal entre el vehículo y el puente, y ralentiza automáticamente el vehículo a un ritmo suficiente para permitir que el vehículo alcance la velocidad calculada en el momento en el que llega al puente. En la presente, también se describe y se reivindica un sistema correspondiente.
