Abstract
En la presente se describen ingredientes comestibles elaborados con composiciones de oligosacáridos, y métodos para producir los ingredientes comestibles, al igual que métodos para usar los ingredientes comestibles en productos comestibles. La presente solicitud se refiere a la necesidad en el estado de la técnica de proporcionar composiciones de oligosacáridos que tengan características físicas similares a fuentes de carbohidratos disponibles en el comercio, tales como fibra, pero con menor energía metabólica.
