Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para la separación de componente en un sistema de producción de polímero que comprende: (a) separar un producto de polimerización en una corriente de gas y una corriente de polímero; (b) procesar la corriente de gas en columnas de destilación para proporcionar una corriente de hidrocarburo ligero (LHS) que comprende etileno y etano; (c) poner en contacto la LHS con un adsorbedor de hidrocarburo purgado para proporcionar un adsorbedor de hidrocarburo cargado y una corriente de gas no adsorbido, en donde el etano es adsorbido por el adsorbedor de hidrocarburo purgado en una primera presión para proporcionar etano adsorbido, comprende etileno recuperado; (d) poner en contacto el adsorbedor de hidrocarburo cargado con una corriente de gas de barrido y etanol desorbido; y (e) poner en contacto el adsorbente de hidrocarburo cargado con la corriente de gas de barrido a una segunda presión para proporcionar un adsorbedor de hidrocarburo descargado y una corriente de gas adsorbido recuperado que comprende la corriente de gas de barrido y etano adesorbido; y (e) poner en contacto el adsorbedor de hidrocarburo descargado con la corriente de gas de barrido a la primera presión para proporcionar el adsorbedor de hidrocarburo descargado con la corriente de gas de barrido a la primera presión para proporcionar el adsorbedor de hidrocarburo purgado y un gas de barrido agotado.
