Abstract
La invención tiene por objetivo el ácido 2-octilci lopropel-1 carboxílico, particularmente en la forma de uno de sus isómeros aislados o en forma de una mezcla de por lo menos dos de estos isómeros. La invención tiene además como objetivo un método de síntesis del ácido 2-octolciclopropil-1-carboxilico o de por lo menos uno de sus isómeros. La invención tiene como objetivo final la utilización del ácido 2-octilciclopropil-1-carboxilico o uno de estos isómeros aislados o una de las mezclas de por lo menos dos de sus isómeros como agente perfumante. La invención se refiere también a las composiciones de comprenden el ácido-2-octilciclopropil-1-carboxilico de uno de estos isómeros aislados o de una de las mezclas de por lo menos dos de sus isómeros como agente perfumante.
