Abstract
Se exponen métodos y un sistema asociado para el procesamiento de concreto no endurecido. En al menos una realización, el método incluye añadir un gran volumen de espuma al concreto devuelto no endurecido y a continuación mezclar la espuma con el concreto devuelto en el camión de concreto premezclado o en otros dispositivos de mezclado de concreto. Mediante el mezclado de espuma con el concreto devuelto, el cemento hidratado y las partículas de agregado se separan mediante grandes volúmenes de huecos de aire, lo que reduce drásticamente la resistencia del concreto resultante de alta porosidad. El concreto tratado se descarga y se permite que solidifique en este estado debilitado, después de lo cual se rompe con facilidad en un material suelto particulado que se puede vender o reutilizar.
