Abstract

La presente invención proporciona una formulación en polvo de medio de cultivo celular compuesto que comprende: un polvo de medio basal y un complemento de medio de cultivo celular, en el que el complemento de medio de cultivo celular comprende y una o más sales; uno o más factores de crecimiento; uno o más iones inorgánicos; un complemento de aminoácidos que comprende uno o más de asparagina, glutamina, histidina, y serina; uno o más reguladores; y uno o más agentes antiespumantes. La invención adicionalmente proporciona métodos para elaborar una formulación en polvo de medio de cultivo celular compuesto, métodos para elaborar un medio de cultivo celular para hacer crecer células de mamíferos y métodos para producir una proteína de interés al cultivar células en el medio de cultivo celular y aislar la proteína de interés.
