Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con la industria de la manufactura de materias primas para la producción de golosinas dulces. Más específicamente, se relaciona con la manufactura de materias primas que normalmente comprenden sacarosa en su composición y más específicamente con la manufactura de materia prima para la producción de algodón de azúcar. La formulación tiene la ventaja de no contener sacarosa y permitir la manufactura de algodón de azúcar; puede ser procesada en una maquina normal de fabricación de algodón de azúcar y con un rendimiento igual al logrado cuando se usa sacarosa; sus componentes ni por digestión ni por metabolismo, dan por resultado glucosa. Esta formulación tiene la siguiente composición cualitativa de base: > Glicósidos de Esteviol o Extracto de Stevia rebaudiana. > Polidextrosa. > Isomaltosa. > Isomaltulosa. > Gluconodeltalactona. > Dóxido de Silicio.
