Abstract

La invención se refiere a estructuras de islas flotantes. Isla flotante es una estructura volumétrica parcialmente sumergida construida de las instalaciones flotantes con flotabilidad positiva, las cuales se conectan por medio de un enlace flexible no elástico y un enlace de amortiguamiento resistente. Estas instalaciones flotantes se encuentran adyacentes entre sí y espaciadas en dirección horizontal y cada instalación es una estructura poco profunda volumétrica con paredes laterales, fondo y techo utilizada como superficie básica localizada por encima del nivel del agua para la instalación de objetos de infraestructura de la isla sobre este. Cada instalación flotante se construye en la forma de una unidad hermética poco profunda con flotabilidad positiva y en la forma de un paralelepípedo o prisma con una altura que es menor que la longitud de cada lado de la base, y cada pared de la instalación flotante localizada en frente de la pared de la instalación flotante adyacente se conecta con dicho muro por medio de un enlace flexible no elástico y un enlace de amortiguamiento resistente a lo largo de toda la longitud de dicha pared, mientras que dicho enlace de amortiguamiento resistente permite el amortiguamiento en al menos dos direcciones mutuamente perpendiculares.
