可潜式酒店直接建筑在三座直径为 60米的圆柱形浮动箱体上, 通过特种箱形连接装 置拼组成整体, 具有整体潜浮功能, 并有效增加了浮体水线面惯性矩, 确保本工程 (酒店) 在各向风、 浪、 流最不利组合条件下的稳定性。
本工程 (酒店)主体结构与上层建筑为钢结构,按不同工况可能出现的最大设计荷载进 行结构设计。为使水下部分的钢结构在五十年的使用年限内不需进坞维修保养,对主甲板 和外侧板用耐海水腐蚀性强的复合材料——钢丝网水泥包覆,通过具有国际先进水平的高 频灌浆工艺成型。
其主体结构和上层建筑可以在具有 VLCC超级油轮坞修能力的干船坞内建造, 也可以 就近开挖临时坞坑组织现场施工, 进行总体组装, 调试和检测。
为确切掌握可潜式酒店在不同海洋环境条件下的运动规律,在前期工作阶段必须进行 相应的物理模型试验, 进一步优化锚泊定位系统的设置。

环境影响与解决方案

本发明的浮动式酒店和陆域固定酒店原有建造技术和使用功能相比,具有以下有益效 果:
1、 实 (适)用性: 根据不同需求可广泛应用在江、 河、 湖、 海水面上构造浮动箱体 (浮 动式酒店), 开创了水域可居住性多功能商旅酒店的之先河, 为城市及旅游景区提供多元 化良好的住宿环境, 方便游客、 节约土地资源, 造福社会; '
2、 亲水性: 酒店设在水中可任意上浮、 下潜, 凸显海底景观之特色及具有动感与浪 漫之旅色彩;
3、 可潜功能, 配备趸船和水泵压载舱 (可潜功能室), 根据酒店功能需要可任意在水 面下潜上浮;
4、 可续航 (移动)式: 在浮动箱体 (浮动式酒店)一则底部安装螺旋桨推进器可任意续 航, 成为海洋漂浮的超星级酒店; ■
5、 多功能性: 可设置水上、 水下酒店、 住宿、 会议、 健身、 娱乐、 休闲、 度假和海 洋科考等, 为滨海旅游城市开创水上浮动酒店之先河。
6、 观赏性: 浮动式酒店是一道亮丽的水上旅游景观建筑物, 是增添城市具有标志性 旅游景观建筑的象征,提升一个城市的旅游形象与品位,也标志着我国在建造水上浮动酒 店技术上的创新与风格。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明进行具体的描述:
本发明如图 1、 2、 3、 4、 5、 6、 7、 8所示, 浮动式酒店, 包含圆柱型半浮动式箱体、 联桥通道、 景观塔、 组合锚泊定位装置: 其包含有垂直锚、 丹福锚、 锚链、 自动绞车控制 装置、 锚链管(图 4)、 景观铁塔(图 3)、 观景塔包含电梯, 圆柱型浮动箱体采用钢箱结构, 外板采用在海水中耐腐蚀性强的复合材料(即防腐船舶漆涂装、钢丝网水泥包覆)。采用船 体型钢质整体结构建造或采用钢筋砼框架结构建造, 包含有: 钢筋混凝土制成的底板、舷 边纵桁、 甲板纵骨(图 1)和甲板纵桁(图 7)、 强横梁(图 7)、 支柱(图 7)、 底纵骨和底纵桁 (图 6、 图 7)。 通过高频灌桨新工艺成型, 或全部采用钢质整体型船体构架结构底板及边 板采用水下专用的压克力玻璃成型, 具有整体性好, 抗渗性强, 自重轻、 强度高、 承载力 大, 耐久性好等特点。
其甲板和底部为纵架式构造, 舷侧板为横架式构造。 内部骨架和舱壁为钢结构, 底板 (图 6)为钢筋砼, 舷侧板(图 2)和端壁板为钢丝网水泥, 甲板(图 1)采用钢板上包覆钢丝 网水泥,或全部采用钢质整体型船体架构结构,底板及边板(除箱体骨架外)采用水下专用 的压克力玻璃全封闭式可潜式箱体成型。
甲板下设有若干道纵舱壁若干和若干道横舱壁,形成若干个独立的水密隔舱, 以提高 抗沉性。 中部隔舱间隔设置污水处理舱、二水贮存舱和淡水舱。根据浮动式酒店区域的功 能划分, 在其余隔舱内, 可设置机电设备舱, 泵舱和贮物舱等设施。 其中的污水处理舱、 二水贮存舱和淡水舱内壁采用钢丝网水泥覆面。其中的污水处理舱、二水贮存舱和淡水舱 内壁采用钢丝网水泥覆面, 底部骨架为劲性钢筋砼, 以提高舱壁的耐久性和水安全性。或 全部采用钢质金属材料建造外层采用船舶漆涂装。
钢结构表面全部采用船舶漆涂装, 钢筋砼和钢丝网水泥表面, 凡要求涂装的, 均需经 酸洗处理, 以提高涂层的耐久性。
浮动箱体上设有系链桩、 锚链管、 带榄桩、 人孔和通风筒等舾装设备(图 4), 单体外 侧设有橡胶护舷。 甲板平面, 可根据使用要求, 设置形式和风格各异的上层建筑, 以满足 不同的使用功能和景观要求。如可根据各种耐盐植物的长年需求,铺上一定厚度的植皮土 以满足其生长要求。
圆柱型浮动箱体之间采用链环式连接装置,该连接装置安装在圆柱型浮动箱体翼侧位 置, 请同时参照(图 1、 图 8)。 其是由安装在单体两侧的 D型吊环、 连接卸扣和末端链环 所组成(图 8), 利用浮体的静水特性和流体动力特性衰减单体的运动能量和波浪冲击力, 使链环式连接装置具有更大的安全储备。 在端壁板上下边缘设有特殊的橡胶缓冲装置(图 8), 最大压缩量为 50 %。
另外, 甲板上靠端部两侧设有辅助连接装置, 以利浮动箱体的锚泊定位和位移。辅助 连接装置为短缆系结, 其是由单柱带缆和尼龙缆组成。在正常使用条件下, 能保证单体之 间的可靠性连接和整体稳定性。
此外, 每个圆柱型浮动箱体均设有独立的锚泊系统进行定位, 能在各向风、 浪、 流最 不利的组合作用下保持稳定, 并随潮汐的涨落与海平面一起升降,抗风能力为 12级以上。 该锚泊定位装置是由锚、锚链、锚链管和系链桩所组成。锚链通过锚链管从浮动箱体底部 入水, 于高水位时初步定位, 至低水位时紧链, 使单体最终定位。 单体的典型锚泊方式为 每座单体共设四具内外八字锚, 锚链与单体中心线的夹角为 45度, 锚链管与单体中心线 平行, 与底板的交角应小于 45度, 请同时参照(图 8)所示。 根据使用水域的自然条件, 对风、 浪、 流组合作用下受力最大的锚链, 通过受力分析或模型式验后, 可作适当加强。 潜浮或酒店的组合锚泊系统按各向受力的情况,由不同规格和品种的锚链与钢筋砼蛙锚及 大抓力锚组成。锚链全部从浮箱底部入水, 解决了常规抛锚方式中, 锚链在浪溅区易于腐 蚀的难题。
本发明专利技术关键:
1、 采用多种钢质材料的混合结构和纵横混合构架式, 除确保浮动式酒店各个系统在 各种复杂受力条件的总强度和局部强度外,可使各种材料在不同环境条件下,最终使用寿 命趋向一致, 延长总体使用寿命, 减少维修保养费用。
2、 根据浮动箱体 (浮动式酒店)总体的荷载分布, 及其在风、 浪、 流中的受力情况, 确定整体 (或单体)断面相应的剖面模数和连接装置的强度指标。
3、 根据所用结构材料的特点, 采用不同的施工工艺, 以充分发挥各种结构材料的力 学性能、 连接强度和耐久性。
4、 运用浮体的静水特性和流体动力特性, 采用柔性与刚性相结合的单体连接装置。
5、 锚泊定位的锚链通过锚链管从底部入水, 避免了常规抛锚方式锚链在浪溅区容易 腐蚀, 更换困难的问题。
6、 根据浮箱使用功能要求, 采用多种材料混合结构建造建筑物和景观特色。
7、 根据潜浮功能的要求, 设置电动压载水泵 4组 (潜浮工作舱)在浮动箱体的底层可 随意上浮下潜, 使浮动酒店具有新颖性、 前瞻性和娱乐性的效能。
8、 根据浮动箱体的特性, 以及浮动酒店功能需求可自动式续航 (或固定), 使浮动酒 店在一定的水域内移动而提高其多功能性特色。
本发明从使用上、 效能上、 进步性、 新颖性和前瞻性等观点进行阐述, 其具有发明的 进步性、 新颖性、 前瞻性、 结构独特性, 已符合专利法所强调的功能增进及使用要件, 本 发明以上的说明及附图, 仅为本发明的较佳实例而已, 并非以此局限本发明, 因此, 凡一 切与本发明构造、 装置、 营建、 特征等近似、 雷同的, 即凡依本发明专利申请范围所作的 等同或修饰等, 皆仍属本发明的专利申请保护的范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种浮动式酒店, 其特征在于: 其包含有一个或一个以上的拼接在一起的圆 柱型浮动箱体、联接通道、景观塔及锚泊定位装置, 所述的锚泊定位装置设置于 浮动箱体的底部, 联接通道设置于浮动箱体侧翼、景观塔设置于浮动箱体的顶层 甲板, 在浮动箱体内设置有多种功能的多层次不同的楼层及酒店配套设施 (设有 各类客房、 会议、 娱乐、 餐饮、 球类、 健身、 文化活动等)。
2、 根据权利要求 2所述的浮动式酒店, 其特征在于: 所述的浮动箱体为钢质整 体型框架结构或其它金属材料 (外层采用防腐的钢丝网水泥包覆),采用水下高强 度的压克力玻璃等新型材料建造的全密封浮动式箱体。
3、 根据权利要求 3所述的浮动式酒店, 其特征在于: 所述的浮动箱体之间的联 桥拼装为采用钢性或柔性连接装置连接成型。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的浮动式酒店, 其特征在于: 浮动箱体的连接装置或为 将两箱体之间采用可拆卸的螺纹、螺栓相连接, 或为采用由吊环、连接卸扣和末 端链环组成的连接装置连接, 也可采用钢性 (焊接) 连接成型。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的浮动式酒店, 其特征在于: 在相互连接的两浮动箱体 之间设置有缓冲装置。
6、 根据权利要求 2所述的浮动式酒店, 其特征在于: 在各个浮动箱体的底部均 设置有锚泊定位装置(由钢筋砼蛙锚及大抓力锚组成)。
7、 根据权利要求 1至 6任何一项所述的浮动式酒店, 其特征在于: 所述的圆柱 型浮动箱体为一种整体型钢质构架结构或钢筋砼混合构架结构。
8、 根据权利要求 7任何一项所述的浮动式酒店, 其特征在于: 所述的浮动箱体 包含有甲板、 底板、 内部骨架、 舱壁、 舷侧板及端壁板, 其甲板和底部均为整体 型钢质架构式结构或钢筋砼防腐纵构架式结构,其舷侧为横构架式结构, 或全部 采用钢质整体型船体构架结构 (外层采用防腐的钢丝网水泥包覆或采用海洋工程 涂漆防腐), 底板及舷侧板采用水下专用的高强度压克力玻璃等新型材料建造。
9、 根据权利要求 8任何一项所述的浮动式酒店, 其特征在于: 甲板下通过设置 的若干道 (层)纵舱壁和若干道横舱壁而构成若干个独立的水密隔舱 (层次),该甲 板内设置有各种的功能楼层平台设施。
10、根据权利要求 1所述的浮动式酒店, 其特 ¾E在于: 所述的锚泊定位装置为组 合式锚泊定位装置, 该锚泊定位装置是由锚、 锚链、锚链管、 自动绞车式控制系. 统组成。 '

12、根据权利要求 1所述的浮动式酒店, 其特征在于: 所述的推进器装置为螺旋 桨推进器。
13、根据权利要求 1所述的浮动式酒店, 其特征在于: 所述的浮动式酒店还配备 有可潜式压载水泵装置, 在浮动箱体底层设置电动压载水泵 4组 (潜浮工作舱), 根据需要可下潜、 上浮, 具备可潜功能。
14、根据权利要求 1所述的浮动式酒店, 其特征在于: 所述的浮动式酒店内可设 置水上、水下超星级商旅酒店或水上商务公馆,在主甲板下方设有环型水下观景 走廊 (海洋世界), 主甲板内设有不同风格的水晶客房 500- 800 (若干)间, 可容 千人以上的大型宴会厅、 国际会议厅、新闻发布中心,和各种娱乐设施, 茶艺居、 海洋水族馆、 水下餐厅、 室内游泳池、 大型露天游泳池等, 既可潜入水下、 又可 浮出水面, 夜间随着灯光的变化将成为变幻莫测的海洋奇 ¾¾。
