Abstract
Un dispositivo eléctrico que tiene una función de detección de bloqueo de la malla del filtro, dicho dispositivo eléctrico comprende una entrada de aire, una salida de aire, un ducto de aire, un ventilador o una rueda de ventilador, un motor de ventilador, y una malla del filtro de aire; la malla del filtro de aire está montada en el ducto de aire, el motor del ventilador impulsa el ventilador o la rotación de la rueda del ventilador, de tal forma que el aire entra en el ducto de aire desde la entrada de aire y pasa a través de la malla del filtro de aire, y luego sale por la salida de aire; el motor del ventilador, que no tiene un controlador, se usa como un elemento para detectar el volumen de aire; un microprocesador, un circuito inversor, y un circuito de detección de parámetros de operación del motor del ventilador, están dispuestos en un controlador del dispositivo eléctrico, y cuando se detecta que el volumen de aire es menor que un volumen de aire preestablecido, determina que la malla del filtro de aire está bloqueada y produce una señal de alarma. No es necesario añadir ningún hardware, la estructura es simple y compacta, la instalación es fácil y el costo es bajo.
