Abstract
La invención se refiere a un procedimiento de producción de un disco de rueda de una rueda de vehículo, en el que el disco de rueda se produce a partir de una pieza en bruto compuesta de un acero por termoconformación, templándose la pieza en bruto al menos parcialmente, preferentemente templándose por prensión, durante o después de la termoconformación, en el que la pieza en bruto se termoconforma usando al menos un punzón y al menos un troquel, y al menos se introduce una abertura en la pieza en bruto usando unos medios de recorte en caliente. El objeto de la especificación de un procedimiento de producción de un disco de rueda de una rueda de vehículo, con el que se puede producir un disco de rueda de manera muy precisa y sencilla de tal forma que el disco de rueda consigue una reducción adicional en el peso y en las geometrías requeridas y en los requisitos de seguridad, se alcanza en un procedimiento de producción de un disco de rueda de una rueda de vehículo en que al menos una abertura se introduce durante el recorte en caliente usando al menos un perno de recorte y un perno de aplicación, en el que el perno de aplicación tiene al menos una región que tiene una forma de sección transversal que es variable en la dirección longitudinal del perno de aplicación, y, usando el perno de aplicación, se calibra la al menos una abertura a través de la forma de sección transversal variable.
