Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con el uso de péptidos, peptoides y/o peptidomiméticos capaces de autoensamblarse y formar un hidrogel (nanofibroso) en la biofabricación. La presente invención se relaciona además, con métodos para preparar hidrogeles y con métodos para preparar fibras continuas y con métodos para obtener constructos con múltiples células con geometrías definidas, precisas. La presente invención se relaciona además, con varios usos de tales hidrogeles para obtener miniarreglos de hidrogel y estructuras organoides en 3D o constructos biológicos macromoleculares en 3D.
