Abstract
Se proporciona una lámina de acero de alta resistencia que tiene alta resistencia a la fluencia (YP) de 300 MPa o más, una pequeña anisotropía planar de elongación, y excelente capacidad de estampación, la cual se puede utilizar de forma adecuada para la producción de partes automotrices y eléctricas, y un método para la producción de la lámina de acero de alta resistencia. La lámina de acero de alta resistencia que tiene una pequeña anisotropía planar de elongación incluye, en masa, C: 0.040% a 0.090%, Si: 0.20% o menos, Mn: 0.50% a 0.99%, P: 0.050% o menos, S: 0.03% o menos, Al sol.: 0.01% a 0.09%, N: 0.005% o menos, Nb: 0.015% a 0.040%, y el resto es Fe e impurezas inevitables. La lámina de acero de alta resistencia no incluye ni la fase de martensita ni la fase de austenita retenida. En la textura de una sección transversal de la lámina de acero en una posición de 1/4 de espesor, fibras a (?1 = 0°, ?2 = 45°, F = 0° a 55°) en F = 25° 35° representadas por ODF (función de distribución de orientaciones) tienen una densidad de orientación cristalográfica promedio la de 2.0 o más y 4.0 o menos y fibras ? (?1 = 0° a 60°, ?2 = 45°,F = 55°) representadas por ODE tienen una densidad de orientación cristalográfica promedio I? de 2.0 o más y 10 o menos.
