Abstract

La presente invención proporciona: un marcador de resistencia a los nemátodos agalladores para las tomateras, que exhibe resistencia a los nemátodos agalladores dominantemente heredada; una novedosa tomatera resistente a los nemátodos agalladores que incluye un locus de resistencia a los nemátodos agalladores dominante y exhibe resistencia a los nemátodos agalladores sin depender de las condiciones de temperatura en un medioambiente de crecimiento; un método para producir una tomatera resistente a los nemátodos agalladores que lo utiliza; y un método de selección para una tomatera resistente a los nemátodos agalladores. La tomatera resistente al nemátodo agallador de acuerdo con la presente invención incluye un locus de resistencia a los nemátodos agalladores en el cromosoma 4. El locus de resistencia a los nemátodos agalladores puede ser identificado utilizando, por ejemplo, solcap_snp_sI_21346, solcap_snp_sl_21364, TK43, YU06, YK66, TY38, AR02, HT12, solcap_snp_sl_64250, solcap_snp_sl_21383, solcap_snp_sl_21385, y solcap_snp_sl_21390.
