Abstract

La presente invención se refiere l imidazol y/o su derivado como catalizador para espumas de poliuretano o poliisocianurato en presencia de agentes de soplado olefínicos halogenados de Bajo Potencial de Calentamiento Global (GWP), tal como la hidroclorofluoroolefina (HCFO) HCFO-1233zd. Más particularmente, la presente invención se refiere a composiciones catalizadoras que comprenden imidazol y/o su derivado. La presente invención se refiere además a las formulaciones de premezcla estables y las espumas de poliuretano o poliisocianurato obtenidas. Un método para estabilizar mezclas para espumas termoendurecibles comprende combinar: (a) un poliisocianato y, opcionalmente, materias primas compatibles con isocianato; y (b) una composición de premezcla de polioles que comprende un agente de soplado olefínico halogenado, un poliol, un tensoactivo y un catalizador.
