Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para la producción de materiales porosos, que comprende proporcionar una mezcla que comprende una composición (A) que comprende componentes adecuados para formar un gel orgánico y una mezcla de solventes (B), hacer reaccionar los componentes en la composición (A) en la presencia de la mezcla de solventes (b) para formar un gel y secar el gel, en el que la mezcla de solventes (B) es una mezcla de por lo menos dos solventes y la mezcla de solventes tiene un parámetro de solubilidad de Hansen dH en el intervalo de 3,0 a 5,0 MPa-1, determinado por el uso del parámetro dH de cada solvente de la mezcla de solventes (B). La invención se refiere además a los materiales porosos que se pueden obtener de esta manera y el uso de los materiales porosos como material de aislamiento térmico y en paneles de aislamiento de vacío.
