Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a métodos y medios para mejorar la expresión selectiva de transgenes bajo el control de un promotor selectivo de fibras, en células de fibra, particularmente células de fibra de algodón al incluir sitios objetivo de microARN que se presentan en forma natural con un perfil de expresión específico, particularmente con un perfil de expresión diferencial entre células que se orientan a fibras y otras células de la planta que produce fibras, en la región transcrita de genes de interés.
