Abstract
La presente invención generalmente se refiere a aldehídos enriquecidos con deuterio, composiciones que comprenden aldehídos enriquecidos con deuterio y métodos para ralentizar la tasa de autooxidación de aldehído. En un aspecto, la presente invención proporciona una composición que comprende un aldehído enriquecido con deuterio en donde hay al menos 6 x 1018 moléculas de aldehído en la composición y en donde el isótopo de deuterio aldehído está presente en la molécula en una cantidad mayor que 0.10 por ciento de los átomos de hidrógeno aldehídicos presentes en la molécula.
