Abstract
Se describe un dispositivo de controlador electrónico para control automático de un sistema de calefacción ventilación, aire acondicionado o refrigeración (HVAC&R), que tiene al menos un controlador de inicio retardado que es capaz de retardar el envió de una señal para potenciar en una unidad de carga y lograr una variación en temperatura del espacio acondicionado seleccionado, y un controlador regulador de demanda que es capaz de calcular tiempos de conexión y tiempos de desconexión para obtener una demanda eléctrica seleccionada.
