Abstract
Un gasificador de lecho fijo que gasifica biomasa de plasma de microondas, que comprende un cuerpo de gasificador (2) dispuesto verticalmente. La parte superior del cuerpo (2) de gasificador es un área libre (8) de gasificador. La parte inferior del cuerpo (2) de gasificador es una capa de lecho fijo. Provistas en el cuerpo del gasificador hay una entrada de materia prima y combustible, una salida de gas producto, una entrada de oxígeno/vapor (4 y 5). Provista en la parte inferior del cuerpo del gasificador hay una salida (7) de descarga de escoria. Dispuesta en la salida de gas producto hay una unidad (6) de monitoreo del gas de síntesis. Dispuesta en el cuerpo del gasificador hay por lo menos una sección del generador (3) de plasma de microondas. También se provee un proceso de gasificación de biomasa que utiliza el gasificador. El proceso comprende: 1) se alimenta una biomasa al gasificador a través de un aparato alimentador, y se gasifica en la capa de lecho fijo de plasma de microondas; se somete un contenido de carbono fijo de la biomasa a una reacción de combustión en un área de oxidación de la capa de lecho; se genera un gas de combustión de alta temperatura; se trasmite el gas de combustión hacia arriba, a un área de alimentador para calentar un combustible alimentado al gasificador, mientras que, al mismo tiempo, se somete a una reacción química con vapor de alta temperatura procedente de la boquilla de oxígeno/vapor de la capa inferior, y un oxidante activado por plasma de microondas, rico en actividad, de un generador de plasma de microondas de primera sección, donde la temperatura de un área de reacción se se controla entre 700 °C y 1600 °C; 2) se trasmite un gas de síntesis generado de la reacción hacia arriba al área libre, y se craquea adicionalmente mediante el generador de plasma de microondas de segunda sección; 3) se trasmite la sustancia de coque residual hacia abajo, a la capa de lecho fijo, para liberar gradualmente calor a fin de mantener la temperatura del lecho; se descarga una escoria de biomasa quemada hacia afuera del gasificador a través de la salida de descarga de escoria; y 4) se implementa el monitoreo en línea por medio de la unidad de monitoreo de gas de síntesis, dispuesta en la salida del gas producto, en la parte superior del gasificador.
