Claims (8)
- マイクロ波プラズマによるバイオマス固定床ガス化炉であって、垂直方向に配置される炉本体と、監視ユニットと、マイクロ波プラズマ発生装置を含み、前記炉本体は材料・燃料入口と、合成ガス出口と、酸素/蒸気入口と、スラグ出口を含み、前記炉本体は上側部分に間隙領域と下側部分に固定床領域を含み、前記スラグ出口は炉本体底部に配置され、前記監視ユニットは合成ガス出口付近に配置され、少なくとも1個のマイクロ波プラズマ発生装置は炉本体に設けられ、第1マイクロ波プラズマ発生装置は、炉本体下側部分の固定床領域と材料・燃料入口の間に配置され、第2マイクロ波プラズマ発生装置は炉本体の上側部分にある間隙領域に配置され、第1マイクロ波プラズマ発生装置は2層または3層のマイクロ波プラズマ発生装置を含み、第2マイクロ波プラズマ発生装置は1層または2層のマイクロ波プラズマ発生装置を含み、マイクロ波プラズマ発生装置の各層は3個または4個の均等に分布された作用ガス入口を含む、ことを特徴とするガス化炉。
- 第1マイクロ波プラズマ発生装置は出力が大きく、電極ギャップが小さく、且つ高温プラズマを生じさせ、第2マイクロ波プラズマ発生装置は電極ギャップが大きく、プラズマ活性が高く、且つ体積範囲が広い、ことを特徴とする請求項1のガス化炉。
- マイクロ波プラズマ発生装置のマイクロ波電源は、基本周波数が2.45GHzであり、単一のマイクロ波プラズマ発生装置の出力は200kW以内である、ことを特徴とする請求項2のガス化炉。
- 上側酸素/蒸気ノズルは、炉本体の間隙領域に配置され、下側酸素/蒸気ノズルは、炉本体の固定床領域に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかのガス化炉。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれかのガス化炉を使用するガス化方法であって、
1)バイオマス燃料および廃棄物をフィーダから炉本体に送り込み、前記バイオマス燃料および廃棄物を固定床領域で燃焼させガス化して高温排煙を生成し、排煙を上方に流れさせ、ガス化炉供給領域内に新しく供給されたバイオマス燃料および廃棄物と熱交換を行う一方で、排煙を下側酸素/蒸気ノズルから噴霧された蒸気および第1マイクロ波プラズマ発生装置により生じさせられたプラズマ酸化剤と反応させて合成ガスを生成する工程と、その化学式は式1であり、ガス化温度は700〜1600℃であり、

2)合成ガスを上方へ間隙領域に流し、そこで合成ガス中のタールを粉砕し、合成ガス中の炭化水素を第2マイクロ波プラズマ発生装置により生じさせられたプラズマの存在下で変換する工程と、
3)残留コークを下方へ固定床領域に落下させるとともに、熱エネルギを放出して固定床領域の温度を維持し、且つスラグをスラグ出口から排出する工程と、
4)合成ガス出口付近に配置された監視ユニットにより合成ガスをリアルタイムで監視して、工程パラメータを所定範囲内に維持する工程と、
を含む方法。 - 工程1において、ガス化温度は700〜1600℃であり、工程4において、合成ガスの出口温度は1200℃以内であることを特徴とする請求項5の方法。
- 工程1において、ガス化温度は750〜950℃であることを特徴とする請求項6の方法。
- 工程1において、下側酸素/蒸気ノズルから噴霧された蒸気は、蒸気濃度を高めるように作用することにより、残留炭素と蒸気の間の反応を促し、工程2において、第2マイクロ波プラズマ発生装置の全体出力は、反応平衡のために熱エネルギを供給するための要件を満たし、工程2において、適当な高温蒸気は上側酸素/蒸気ノズルから噴霧されて、タールの粉砕反応を促すことを特徴とする請求項6または7の方法。
