Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo de rodillos para tratar material en forma de láminas, en concreto para alisar películas (F*) o láminas, que comprende una primera unidad de rodillo 1 y una segunda unidad de rodillo 2, en el que cada unidad de rodillo (1, 2) comprende: - al menos un motor de accionamiento con un momento de inercia del motor JM, - un rodillo (10, 20) con un momento de inercia del rodillo Jw, y - al menos un engranaje para el acoplamiento cinemático del rodillo (10, 20) con el al menos un motor de accionamiento que tiene una relación de transmisión iMW entre el al menos un motor de accionamiento y el rodillo (10, 20), en el que el rodillo (20) de la segunda unidad de rodillo (2) gira en la dirección contraria al rodillo (10) de la primera unidad de rodillo (1) y en el que se forma entre el rodillo (10) de la primera unidad de rodillo (1) y el rodillo (20) de la segunda unidad de rodillo (2) un primer hueco entre rodillos (40) a través del cual se hace pasar el material en forma de lámina (F). De acuerdo con la invención, el dispositivo de rodillos se caracteriza porque en al menos una de la primera y segunda unidad de rodillo (1, 2), se elige un momento de inercia/relación de velocidades entre el al menos un motor de accionamiento y el rodillo (10, 20) en el que MMW es = 6 y la relación de transmisión en la que 1 < iMW = 40, en el que (ver Fórmula) donde (ver fórmula) donde nM: velocidad del motor de accionamiento y nw: velocidad del rodillo (10, 20). La invención se refiere además a un dispositivo de alisado para el alisado de películas o láminas, y a un proceso para la producción de material en forma de lámina, en concreto de películas o láminas.
