Abstract

La invención es concerniente con un método para carbonizar dióxido de carbono, que comprende la etapa de poner en contacto el dióxido de carbono con una solución de agente quelante o una solución de sustancia que exhibe propiedades quelantes bajo condiciones dinámicas para generar oxígeno y partículas de carbono. El método de la invención es significativamente más económico y conveniente y no provoca daño al medio ambiente. La invención también exhibe un aspecto nuevo y único de que el carbono elemental y oxígeno son generados como productos finales bajo condición de temperatura ambiente normal y atmósfera normal y el carbono puede ser recuperado como fuente de energía.
