Abstract
La presente invención se aplica a un par tribológico que comprende de dos piezas de metal (10, 20), el primero de ellos tiene una superficie de contacto móvil (10a), que proporciona fricción en relación con la superficie de contacto (20a) de una segunda de dichas pieza metálicas (20); de acuerdo con la presente invención, la primera pieza metálica (10) tiene su superficie de contacto (10a) definida por un recubrimiento formado: por una primera capa superficial (11) en un material más duro que el de la primera pieza metálica (10); y por una segunda capa superficial (12), dispuesta sobre la primera capa superficial (11) y un material que define un recubrimiento que reduce la afinidad química en relación con la superficie de contacto (20a) de la segunda pieza metálica (20) del par tribológico, para proporcionar, a dicho par tribológico, un menor coeficiente de fricción en relación con el par tribológico sin dicho recubrimiento.
