Abstract

Se divulgan un sistema y método para hacer partículas ultrafinas. Se genera plasma a alta temperatura en un extremo de entrada de una cámara de plasma en la cual se introducen materiales precursores. Un elemento convergente está ubicado adyacente a un extremo de salida de la cámara de plasma. Durante la operación, se mantiene una presión y/o flujo de material substancialmente constante, para reducir o eliminar la obstrucción en el sistema.
