Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un ensamblaje de una placa de soporte (22) y a una lámina metálica (20) que es una ventana de salida, para su uso en un dispositivo generador de un haz electrónico, la placa de soporte (22) está diseñada para reducir las arrugas en la lámina metálica (20), tales arrugas pueden surgir debido a la lámina metálica excedente que surge en el proceso de ensamblaje. La lámina metálica (20) está siendo unida a la placa de soporte (22) a lo largo de una línea de unión cerrada (26) que une un área substancialmente circular en la cual la placa de soporte (22) está provista con aberturas y porciones de soporte de la lámina metálica, y en tal área la lámina metálica está adaptada para servir como una porción de una pared de un alojamiento hermético al vacío del dispositivo de haz electrónico. La invención también se refiere a un método para usar el ensamblaje en una máquina de relleno, así como a un método para reducir las arrugas.
