Abstract
Se describe un dispositivo de pantalla de cristal líquido en donde es suprimida la generación de sonidos debido a la vibración de un substrato LED utilizado en una retroiluminación LED. El dispositivo de pantalla de cristal líquido excita al LED por medio del control PWM utilizando la retroiluminación LED. Un substrato LED (1) que tiene LED situado en el mismo tiene un patrón de superficie frontal (201) que a su vez tiene el LED (2) proporcionado en la superficie de montaje, y un patrón de superficie posterior (202) proporcionado en el lado de superficie posterior del substrato. El patrón de superficie posterior (202) no es un patrón de circuito para la excitación del LED, sino que es proporcionado para disipar el calor y evitar la distorsión o deformación del substrato. Además, el patrón de superficie posterior (202) tiene una estructura que es conectada a tierra. En la estructura conectada a tierra, una cinta conductiva (205) es unida en el patrón de superficie posterior (202), y la electricidad es llevada al tener la cinta conductiva (205) en contacto con un chasis de retroiluminación (101).
