Abstract
Se describe un método para inspeccionar un cristal de ventana trasera calentable. Un cristal de ventana trasera calentable comprende una matriz calefactora que tiene al menos un cable calefactor. El método comprende las etapas de (i) iluminar el cristal de la ventana trasera calentable con una fuente de luz para producir una imagen ombroscópica de sombras del cristal de la ventana trasera calentable; (ii) pasar una corriente eléctrica suficientemente elevada a través de la matriz calefactora tal que el cable calefactor sea observable en la imagen ombroscópica de sombras del cristal de la ventana trasera calentable, tal imagen ombroscópica de sombras del cristal de la ventana trasera calentable al que se refiere como una imagen ombroscópica activa de sombras del cristal de la ventana trasera calentable; y (iii) capturar la imagen ombroscópica activa de sombras del cristal de la ventana trasera calentable con un sensor de formación de imágenes.
