Abstract

Un concentrador de líquidos compacto y portátil incluye una entrada de gas, una salida de gas y un corredor de flujo que conecta la entrada de gas y la salida de gas, en donde el corredor de flujo incluye una porción más estrecha que acelera el gas a través del mismo. Una entrada de líquido inyecta líquido en el corriente de gas en un punto anterior a la porción más estrecha de modo que la mezcla de gas-líquido se mezcle por completo dentro del corredor de flujo, haciendo una porción del líquido se evapore. Un deshumidificador o separador de fluido corriente abajo de la porción más estrecha elimina las gotas de líquido atrapado del corriente de gas y recircula el líquido removido a la entrada de líquido a través de un circuito de recirculación. El líquido nuevo a concentrar también es introducido en el circuito de recirculación a una velocidad suficiente como para desplazar la cantidad de líquido evaporado en el corredor de flujo.
