Claims (30)
- (a)加熱ガスおよび液体廃水を混合して、加熱ガスおよび混入液体廃水の混合物を形成するステップと、

- 前記液体濃縮物は、前記濃縮物の総重量に基づいて、少なくとも約50wt.%の固体を含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ステップ(b)における前記部分的に蒸発した混合物は、前記部分的に蒸発した混合物の総重量に基づいて、約5wt.%〜約20wt.%の液体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ステップ(b)における前記部分的に蒸発した混合物は、前記部分的に蒸発した混合物の総重量に基づいて、約10wt.%〜約15wt.%の液体を含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載のプロセス。
- (a)加熱ガスと、廃水の液体流とを圧力下で混合するステップと、
(b)前記加熱ガス及び前記液体流が入口から出口へと流れる際に前記加熱ガス及び液体流が加速される幅狭部を有する濃縮器の混合通路に、混合された加熱ガス及び廃液の液体流を通過させて、ガス−液体混合物の総重量に基づいて、約5重量パーセント(wt.%)〜約20wt.%の液体濃度の前記ガス−液体混合物を生成するステップと、
(c)前記液体の一部を前記ガス−液体混合物から分離して、液滴が混入したガス混合物を得るステップと、
(d)前記ステップ(c)において得られた前記ガス−液体混合物中に混入した液滴を除去して、濃縮液体と、実質的に液体を含まないガスとを生成するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする廃水を濃縮するためのプロセス。 - 前記ステップ(a)における前記廃水の液体流と、前記ステップ(d)において得られた前記濃縮液体とを再循環させて混合するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項20に記載のプロセス。
- ガス入口と、ガス出口と、ガスが前記ガス入口から前記ガス出口へと移動する際に加速される幅狭部を有して、前記ガス入口と前記ガス出口との間に配置された混合通路と、前記ガス入口と前記幅狭部との間の前記混合通路内に配置され、濃縮対象液体が前記混合通路内へ注入されるための液体入口とを含む濃縮器部分と、
前記濃縮器部分の前記ガス出口に接続されたデミスターガス流路と、前記デミスターガス流路内に配置され、前記デミスターガス流路内を流れるガスから液体を除去する液体収集器と、前記デミスターガス流路内を流れるガスから前記液体収集器によって除去された前記液体を収集するリザーバとを含むデミスターと、
前記デミスターに連結され、前記混合通路および前記ガス流路内のガスの流れを支援するファンと、
を備えることを特徴とする液体濃縮器システム。 - 前記リザーバは、V字状下部を含むことを特徴とする請求項22に記載の濃縮器システム。
- 前記V字状下部は、前記リザーバの一端から前記リザーバの別の端部へと傾斜することを特徴とする請求項23に記載の濃縮器システム。
- 前記デミスター中の洗浄回路をさらに含み、前記洗浄回路は、前記V字状下部上に洗浄液体を噴霧することを特徴とする請求項24に記載の濃縮器システム。
- 前記洗浄液体は、濃縮液体、未濃縮液体、および水、またはこれらの任意の組み合わせのうちの1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項25に記載の濃縮器システム。
- 前記洗浄回路は、液体を噴霧器へとポンプ輸送するためのポンプを含むことを特徴とする請求項25に記載の濃縮器システム。
- 濃縮液体を前記リザーバから前記液体入口へと移動させてさらなる濃縮を施すための第1の再循環回路と、
濃縮液体を前記リザーバから固体/液体分離デバイスへと移動させるための第2の再循環回路と、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項22に記載の濃縮器システム。 - 前記固体/液体分離デバイスは、沈殿槽、振動ふるい、フィルタプレス、および回転真空フィルタのうちの1つであることを特徴とする請求項28に記載の濃縮器システム。
- (a)加熱ガスおよび廃水の液体流を圧力下で混合して、その混合物を生成するステップと、
(b)前記混合物の静圧を低下させて、前記混合物中の液体の一部を蒸発させ、混入濃縮液体を含む部分的に蒸発した混合物を得るステップと、
(c)前記混入濃縮液体の一部を前記部分的に蒸発した混合物から除去して、デミストされたガスを生成するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする廃水を濃縮するためのプロセス。
