Abstract

Esta invención se relaciona con la clonación y secuenciación del gene de fitasa termotolerante de la cepa de Escherichia coli Non-K12, ATCC 9637, expresión del gene de fitasa en el sistema de expresión de la Escherichia coli, uso del codón optimizado y expresión en Pichia Pastoris, Pichia methanolica y Kluyeromyces lactis. La enzima de alto nivel de rendimeinto y termotolerante fue producida de la fermentación de Pichia Pastoris con codón optimizado de gene fitasa.
