Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a procesos para la preparación del éster del ácido 5-metil-3-nitro-metil-hexanoico y sus sales. También se dan a conocer procesos para la preparación de la sal del ácido 5-metil-3-nitro-metil-hexanoico, y un proceso para la preparación del ácido 3-(amino-metil)-5-metil-hexanoico. También se dan a conocer el ácido (S)-5-metil-3-nitro-metil-hexanoico o el ácido (R)-5-metil-3-nitro-metil-hexanoico en una forma enantioenriquecida o en una forma enantiopura, y un compuesto, es decir, de la fórmula (XIII): (ver fórmula (XIII)) en una forma racémica, en una forma enantioenriquecida, o en una forma enantiopura.
