Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para producir un componente a partir de un producto de acero revestido con un revestimiento de Al-Si protector, y a un producto intermedio que surge durante el transcurso de dicho procedimiento y que puede usarse para producir componentes del tipo que concierne al presente documento. Durante el transcurso del procedimiento, el producto de acero revestido con el revestimiento de Al-Si se somete a una primera fase de calentamiento en la que la temperatura y la duración del tratamiento térmico se ajustan de modo que el revestimiento de Al-Si se prealea sólo parcialmente con el Fe del producto de acero, el producto de acero, en una segunda fase de calentamiento, se calienta a una temperatura de calentamiento por encima de la temperatura Ac1, a la que el producto de acero tiene una estructura al menos parcialmente austenítica, en la que la temperatura y la duración de la segunda fase de calentamiento se ajustan de modo que el revestimiento de Al-Si se alea completamente con el Fe del producto de acero durante el transcurso de la segunda fase de calentamiento, el producto de acero calentado a la temperatura de calentamiento se conforma para formar el componente y el componente obtenido se enfría de una forma controlada, para obtener una estructura martensítica.
