Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con productos alimenticios, en particular postres congelados que proporcionan y mejoran la sensación refrescante al consumo y a un método para la manufactura del mismo. Además, la presente invención se refiere a composiciones refrescantes consumibles las cuales pueden ser utilizadas en la manufactura de dichos postres congelados. Los productos alimenticios comprenden por lo menos un agente salivante y por lo menos un agente refrescante en una proporción en peso de 1:0.06 a 1:02.
