Abstract
La boquilla atomizadora tipo remolino a presión para rociar una composición curable comprende una pieza de orificio (16), que define una cavidad en forma de embudo y un orificio de salida (17), y una pieza de inyector (18) que cierra la cavidad en forma de embudo por lo que la cavidad en forma de embudo forma una cámara de remolino (19) entre a lado anterior de la pieza de inyector (18) y el orificio de salida (17); la pieza de inyector (18) comprende por lo menos dos puertos de remolino (20) que terminan en la cámara de remolino (19) para inyectar la composición curable en la misma y para impartir por la misma un remolino a la composición curable; en comparación con la suma de las áreas de sección transversal más pequeñas de los puertos de remolino (20), la pared lateral (24) de la cámara de remolino (19) tiene un área de superficie relativamente pequeña que sin embargo es suficientemente grande para distribuir la composición curable para lograr un patrón de aspersión uniforme; por el tamaño reducido de la cámara de remolino (19), la composición curable puede ser atomizado de manera más eficiente; de esta manera, cambios de velocidad de flujo relativamente bajos de la composición curable a través de la boquilla tienen menos efecto sobre el tamaño de la gota y sobre la estabilidad del patrón de aspersión.
