Abstract

Se proporciona un atomizador inyector de líquido para dirigir la inyección hacia un cilindro de un motor de combustión interna, con un suministro de líquido presurizado, un suministro de gas presurizado, un cuerpo y una boquilla con dos o más orificios, cada uno para el líquido y para el gas. Cada orificio dirige un chorro de líquido o gas presurizado medido fuera del cuerpo del inyector. Por lo menos dos de los chorros de líquido son dirigidos a uno o más puntos de colisión, en donde los por lo menos dos corrientes en chorro chocan en el mismo punto de colisión u otro punto de colisión, lo cual crea un líquido finamente atomizado.
