Abstract

Un monitoreo de la composición de uso determina la concentración de perácido y/o peróxido en una composición de uso utilizando un procedimiento de prueba cinética. Se prepara una mezcla de muestra que contiene una muestra de la composición de uso, un diluyente y al menos un reactivo y se analiza usando, por ejemplo, un detector óptico. Los datos de respuesta obtenidos por el detector indican la absorbancia óptica de la mezcla de la muestra como una función del tiempo. Un procesador analiza los datos de respuesta para determinar una relación lineal con el mejor ajuste. La absorbancia inicial de la mezcla de muestra indica la concentración de perácido en la composición de uso, mientras la pendiente de la ecuación con el mejor ajuste indica la concentración de peróxido en la composición de uso.
