Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a compuestos de la fórmula (I): (ver fórmula I) en donde: n y m son cada uno, de modo independiente, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 ó 7; en donde (ver fórmula) m, n, R1, R2 y R3 son como se definen en la presente, en forma de uno de sus estereoisómeros, enantiómeros, tautómeros o sus mezclas; o una de sus sales, solvatos o profármacos farmacéuticamente aceptables, para el tratamiento de trastornos de hierro; la presente invención también se refiere a composiciones farmacéuticas que comprenden los compuestos y métodos de uso de los compuestos para tratar trastornos de hierro.
