Abstract
Esta invención se refiere a procesos para preparar una matriz de polímero estructurada usando dos o mas mecanismos de acervado múltiples simultáneos. Además, los métodos descriptos en la presnte proporcionan procesos flexibles para formar matrices de polímero estructuradas a partir de casi cualquier combinación de polímeros, de preferencia, aunque no se limita a, polímeros de alimentos. La aplicación simultánea de dos o mas mecanismos de acervado inesperadamente da matrices novedosas teniendo textura y/o eficiencia de proceso mejoradas que son superiores a las matrices de polímero producidas por mecanismos de acervado conducidos individualmente o secuencialmente.
