Abstract
La invención se refiere a un sistema de red para monitorear válvulas en una instalación, que comprende : (a) una pluralidad de dispositivos de monitoreo de válvula VMDs, cada dispositivo de monitoreo se fija a una válvula, y comprende : (a.1) un sensor para detectar el estado de la válvula; (a.2) unidad de comunicación inalámbrica de corto alcance para transmitir el estado como se detecta por el sensor, y para transmitir el estado como se detecta, junto con una identificación del dispositivo, a uno a más Lectores de dispositivo de Válvula - VDRs localizados dentro de dicho corto alcance; (a.3) mecanismo para fijar el dispositivo a la válvula monitoreada de manera que no perturbe la operación normal de la válvula; y (a.4) uno o más VDRs para recibir la transmisión del estado de la válvula e identificación VMDs, y enviar el mismo al servidor por comunicación Ethernet.
