Abstract

La presente invención proporciona un nuevo método de tratamiento de superficie, el cual puede llevar a cabo un tratamiento de superficie recubierto sobre una orilla de recubrimiento R y una superficie de rastrillo, mientras que se mantiene el radio de curvatura de la orilla cortadora R y un tratamiento de superficie uniforme de la superficie de rastrillo. El método de tratamiento de superficie de la presente invención comprende: proporcionar una abertura achaflanada en las esquinas a un lado de la superficie superior del accesorio para el accesorio para fijar el inserto cortador recubierto; fijar el inserto cortador recubierto dentro de la abertura en tal manera que la superficie de rastrillo del inserto cortador recubierto esta colocada más abajo de las superficies superiores del accesorio pero arriba de la orilla inferior creada sobre la abertura del accesorio por el achaflanado; y llevar a cabo el tratamiento de superficie sobre una orilla cortadora R y la superficie de rastrillo del inserto cortador recubierto.
