Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un proceso para la sulfinilación de un derivado de pirazol, caracterizado porque se hace reaccionar 5-amino-1-[2,6-dicloro-4-(trifluorometil)fenil]-1H -pirazol-3-carbonitrilo (II) con un agente de sulfinilación S en presencia de al menos un complejo de amina ácida, en donde la(s) amina(s) es/son seleccionada(s) de amina(s) secundaria(s) y/o terciaria(s) y el/los ácido(s) es/son seleccionado(s) de ácido fluorhídrico, clorhídrico, bromhídrico y yodhídrico, y derivados del ácido sulfónico, y con la adición de un agente halogenante, en donde S es [CF3S(O)]2O; o CF3S(o)X en donde X significa flúor, cloro, bromo, yodo, un grupo hidroxi, o una sal de metal alcalino o alcalino térreo del grupo hidroxi; o sus mezclas, en donde la temperatura de la mezcla de la reacción en ningún momento excede los 39ºC.
