Abstract

En un método para la introducción de sustancias de desecho y/o combustibles alternativos en un proceso de producción de ladrillos refractarios, las materias primas, en la forma de lechadas o suspensiones, están sujetas a la desaglomeración mecánica como una masa que se puede bombear. La masa que se puede bombear es expulsada hacia el interior de los tubos verticales, pre calcinadores y/o al horno tubular giratorio. El dispositivo para llevar a cabo el método, está caracterizado por una cavidad tubular (1) que incluye un rotor (2) armado para ser giratorio sustancialmente concéntrico con el eje del tubo y manejable para la rotación con cuchillas (3) que barren el espacio entre el eje del rotor y la pared de la cavidad, en donde una pluralidad de conductos y aberturas (6, 7, 11, 14) están conectados a la cubierta de la cavidad tubular (1), y por lo menos un conducto (6) está dispuesto con el suministro de lechada y por lo menos un conducto está compensado en la dirección periférica.
